How well did Lift set the context and explain what we were doing and why?
I was clueless most of time
I could have used more context and guidance, but caught on pretty quickly
I was on board and aligned by the end of the introductions
How well did Lift communicate with the team?
I was always waiting for information from them and was never quite sure what to do
They were there when I needed them and told me what I needed to know when I needed to know it
They over-communicated to the point that I blocked them on all devices
How did you find the level of enthusiasm Lift brought to the room?
I struggled to stay awake and engaged
It was just the right amount of nuts to keep us energized and focused

How well did Lift manage the personalities in the room?
They got steamrolled by the powerful voices
They listened, fostered healthy debate and led when they needed to
Those arrogant bums only wanted everyone to know how smart they were and how they knew all the answers—and they got salty if we didn't agree with them
How did you find Lift’s general attitude?
They couldn’t have cared less, were just in it for the money, and I wish they had been more present
They genuinely seemed to care, internalized the pressures and needs of the users, team and business, and tried to find a balance while moving us all forward
They were dictatorial and abrasive
How capable did you feel Lift was throughout the engagement?
In over their heads: they should seek other careers
50-50: they had some answers, but often seemed to be winging it or relying on us
I’d walk through hell with them: they had a plan and contingency strategies that worked
How effective did you feel the activities were in achieving the desired outcomes?
Only a fraction of what we did was helpful and useful
Most of the activities made sense and helped get us where we were trying to go
All the activities were spot on in getting us to our goal
How well did Lift manage the pace of the sprint, relative to the goals we needed to achieve?
Ploddingly slow overall
We spent too much time where it didn’t matter and not enough where it did
Just about right—we spent the time where we needed to and were able to effectively adjust when certain activities took more or less time than anticipated

How do you feel about the end result?
They're all Lift's ideas; I don't feel any ownership about where we landed or understand what to do next
I'm good with it, but I wish Lift would have pushed us a little harder
I'm really happy: we nailed it (for a rough prototype) and it was truly a team effort that I can own going forward
